By accessing or using Guild Live and The Guild (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

No Investment Advice

The Services do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Any information, content, or tools provided are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.

Third-Party Services

Guild Live may integrate with third-party services, including Alpaca. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions of third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
